GENERAL TERMS

Payment Downpayment of 50% of total upon reserving, balance to be received not later than four weeks prior to arrival. Security deposit is $300, payable with remainder of the rental amount before arrival. This damage deposit will cover any damage or loss of furniture, appliances or accessories left in the apartment or any damage to the apartment itself. It will be used to charge guests any extra costs incurred. The damage deposit is refunded shortly after checkout unless there is a claim.

Insurance Guests must be covered by personal insurance against direct or indirect injuries that may occur on the premises. Guests agree to hold the owner harmless against any claim.

Accommodations Access to the property may not exceed the maximum four people.

Cleaning A cleaning service can be arranged for stays more than one week.

Cancellation policy A 50% refund is given if notified by guest four weeks prior to scheduled arrival. Late payment without notice is considered a cancellation.
